All families in the parish and school are invited to a time of breakfast, a craft, and Advent reflection. Please contact Jillian Noonan to let her know you’re coming: [email protected].

Teens are invited to the parish hall at 6pm on Sunday evening, December 14 for cookie decorating. This event will serve both as a social event and as a service project. Some cookies can be enjoyed during the gathering, and teens will also assemble bags of decorated cookies for our food pantry. Come celebrate the season with friendship and service!

Senior citizens are invited to join us for our annual Advent Senior luncheon. Please RSVP by calling the office at 978-373-1281 or emailing [email protected].

Our seminarian, Alex Charow, is pleased to invite parishioners to a monthly lecture series this fall and winter on the following Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. in the Sacred Hearts Parish Hall. These important theological topics probe questions and teachings at the heart of our Catholic theology, and will provide important opportunities for adults and older teens of our parish to deepen and strengthen their understanding of God, Catholicism, and our world. His lectures will feature the following topics: October 15: What is Theology? November 5: The Trinity: God One and Three December 3: Christology: Jesus God and Man January 7: Mary, the Mother of God February 4: Catholic Social Doctrine March 4: The Sacraments We hope to see you there!

Tickets go on sale the weekend of January 10-11 after all Masses or at the pastoral center! Event tickets: $15 per person or $30 per family (up to 2 adults and unlimited minor children). Raffle tickets for baskets valued at over $100 each: 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. All proceeds will benefit Community Meals, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides free, hot meals to those in need every Monday evening at the Haverhill Citizen Center.
